Cancellation Policy

• If you’ve changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order at no cost.

• Orders canceled after 24 hours of placing the order will incur a cancellation charge of $3.90.

• Orders cancelled after they have been shipped will be treated as return orders. The Return & Replacement policy (see below) will apply for these orders. Shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Sri Sri Tattva Singapore.

Return & Replacement Policy

• You can return a product within 7 days of receiving the product. Shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Sri Sri Tattva Singapore.

• If you have received the product, it will be eligible for refund or replacement only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

• If you think you have received the product in poor condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

• Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a whole set.

• Replacement of products is dependent on the availability of stock. In the instance that the product is out of stock, we will offer a refund.

• Email us at srisritttvasg@gmail.com to initiate the return or replacement. Please specify the following information in your email: (1) Order ID, (2) Name of the item(s), (3) Reason for return or replacement, (4) Images/snapshots of the damaged product.

• If your request for return or replacement is approved, we will arrange for the replacement or refund after we have received and verified the product(s).​

Refund Policy

If your request for refund is accepted:

• Refunds will be made in the same method as the original payment.

• Refund will be credited within 5-10 business days, depending upon the bank.
